Itinerary
Day 1 | Arrive Helsinki, Finland
We begin our journey in the heart of Finland’s stylish capital, Helsinki. Unwind or explore the city on your own before our evening welcome dinner.
Day 2 | Helsinki City Tour
Explore Helsinki from the iconic Temppeliaukio Church to the vibrant Design District, finishing with a stroll and lunch at the Old Market Hall. In the afternoon, we retreat to Löyly Sauna.
Day 3 | Flight to Rovaniemi
We fly into Rovaniemi, nestled on the Arctic Circle. Check in, unwind, and meet the hotel's resident reindeer. Prepare for an unforgettable evening with a sleigh ride and camp experience with a chance to see the Aurora Borealis.
Day 4 | Rovaniemi
After breakfast, embark on a full-day snowmobile adventure with a gourmet lunch. Upon returning, unwind in your private sauna and jacuzzi. Prepare for a magical night dining in the snow dome.
Day 5 | Rovaniemi
After breakfast, choose between free time or a guided snowshoe adventure. Meet in the Reindeer Hut before experiencing the thrill of guiding your own husky team. After dinner, we chase the Northern Lights on a twilight snowmobile safari and campfire.
Day 6 | Rovaniemi
After breakfast, relax at the hotel or head into town to indulge at the Aito Spa (optional). Then experience a magical afternoon at Santa Claus Village. End the day with an elegant dinner at the hotel and retreat to the Reindeer Hut or chase the Northern Lights on a photo tour (optional).
Day 7 | Flight to Stockholm
After breakfast, we depart Rovaniemi for Stockholm. Check in and enjoy free time to discover the city at your own pace.
Day 8 | Stockholm City Tour
After breakfast, immerse yourself in the timeless charm of Gamla Stan’s Old Town, savour the delights of the Market Hall, and experience the very best of Stockholm on a curated guided tour. Prepare for our Farewell Dinner.
Day 9 | Stockholm
We say goodbye to Stockholm, leaving its timeless beauty and vibrant spirit with us as we depart or join us in Copenhagen.

Arrive in Sydney and wander through Vivid’s dazzling light installations. As night falls, Sydney comes alive. We enjoy a welcome dinner before we explore Vivid’s dazzling light installations, performances, shimmering laneways, and glowing harbourside art pieces. We set off on a exclusive bar tour with drinks at a Barangaroo rooftop bar.
Day Two | Sydney by day, Vivid by night
After breakfast, explore the city with a local insider who knows Sydney beyond the guidebooks, architecture, neighbourhoods, and stories worth hearing. The afternoon is yours: shopping, galleries, a long lunch, or spa time or climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge! (optional). That night, Sydney switches on. Begin with drinks overlooking the harbour, before we embark on an exclusive Sydney harbour dinner cruise taking in the lights on the water.
Day Three | Lazy Mornings, Lively Nights
Ease into the day with a leisurely breakfast, followed by a gentle wellness session or get active and head to the beach for the Bondi to Bronte Beach walk before lunch at one of Sydney's most famous restaurants. As night falls, Sydney comes alive. We’ll explore Vivid’s dazzling light installations, performances, shimmering laneways, and glowing harbourside art pieces. Day Four | Farewell
